Students Days at the Cary – Terms & Conditions

  1. Eligibility
    1.1. Offer is available to students aged 18 years and over only.
    1.2. A valid student ID must be presented at the time of purchase to redeem the offer.
    1.3. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any patron who cannot provide valid identification.

  2. Offer Availability
    2.1. Offers are valid Mondays and Tuesdays only.
    2.2. Offers are available during normal trading hours unless otherwise stated.

  3. Drinks Offers
    3.1. $10 pints of cider are available on selected cider flavours only.

  4. Food Offer

    Available every Thursday from 5pm until sold out. Please check with the venue for specific availability.

  3. Exclusions
    Not valid in conjunction with any other offers, discounts, or promotions. Not valid on public holidays.

  4. Minimum Purchase
    A select drink purchase is required for each order of wings. Minimum of 5 wings per person.

Bar Apothecary Footy Tipping Competition

Eligibility

1.1. The competition is only open to residents of Western Australia aged 18 years and over.
1.2. Participants must use the Fanzo Carlton Dry Tipping App to enter and submit their tips.

Competition Period

2.1. The competition runs for the duration of the 2025 AFL season.
2.2. Bar Apothecary reserves the right to alter or extend the competition period at its discretion.

How to Enter

3.1. Participants must download and register via the Fanzo Carlton Dry Tipping App to join Bar Apothecary’s official tipping competition.
3.2. All tips must be submitted before the designated cut-off time for each round as determined by the app.
3.3. Late entries or tips submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
3.4. Bar Apothecary is not responsible for any missed, incorrect, or incomplete tip submissions.

Scoring & Leaderboard

4.1. Scoring is determined based on the rules set within the Fanzo Carlton Dry Tipping App.
4.2. The competition leaderboard will be updated automatically via the app, and rankings are based on the total points accumulated throughout the season.

Prizes

5.1. Prizes will be awarded based on final leaderboard standings at the end of the competition.
5.2. The total prize pool will be determined by the number of participants in the competition and is subject to change.
5.3. Bar Apothecary reserves the right to modify, substitute, or withdraw any prizes without notice.
5.4. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative rewards.
5.5. All prizes must be collected in person from Bar Apothecary within 3 months.
5.6. Bar Apothecary is not responsible for any unclaimed prizes.

General Conditions

6.1. By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge that all decisions made by Bar Apothecary are final.
6.2. Bar Apothecary reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with the competition or violating these terms.
6.3. Bar Apothecary is not responsible for technical issues, including app malfunctions, network failures, or incorrect submissions.
6.4. Bar Apothecary reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Privacy & Use of Data

7.1. By entering the competition, participants consent to Bar Apothecary using their name and/or image for promotional purposes.
7.2. Personal data collected will be used solely for the administration of the competition and will not be shared with third parties, except as required for the competition’s execution and with competition partner, Fanzo.

Bottomless Brunch

Availability – Brunch Remedy is available on weekends until 3pm. Bookings are recommended to secure your spot.

  1. Duration – The bottomless beverage package runs for 2 hours from the start of your booking time. Extensions are not permitted.

  2. Responsible Service of Alcohol – Bar Apothecary follows responsible service of alcohol laws. Staff may refuse service to any guest who appears intoxicated or is behaving inappropriately. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

  3. Beverage Package – The Boozeless package includes unlimited soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea. The Boozy package includes select cocktails, wines, and beers. No substitutions or changes to the beverage selection.

  4. Food Service – The brunch menu is set as a three-course meal and may not be altered, except for dietary requirements advised at the time of booking.

  5. One Drink at a Time – Guests will be served one beverage at a time as part of the bottomless package. Sharing drinks or ordering multiple drinks at once is not permitted.

  6. Booking & Cancellations – Bookings may require a deposit or full prepayment. Cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting your deposit. Please check at the time of booking.

  7. Group Bookings – Groups must arrive together to ensure the package starts at the same time. Late arrivals will not receive an extension of the bottomless drinks period.

  8. Minimum Age Requirement – The Boozy package is available only to guests aged 18+. ID may be required upon request.

  9. Management Rights – Bar Apothecary reserves the right to amend these terms at any time and to refuse service to anyone not complying with venue policies.

General Dining

All care is taken when catering for special requirements. It must be noted that within the premises we handle nuts, seafood, shellfish, sesame seed, wheat, flour, eggs, fungi and dairy products. Please note, olives may contain traces of pits. While we offer gluten free menu options, we are not a gluten free venue and there is the possibility of cross contamination. We do not have a gluten free only fryer on site. Customer requests will be catered for to the best of our ability, but the decision to consume a meal is the responsibility of the diner.

Photography & Video Recording

Photography and filming within the venue may be for personal use only. Filming of the venue itself and our staff is not permitted, without consent from management. We reserve the right to take photographs and film of patrons, which may be used in marketing and promotional material.

Security

We reserve the right to use facial recognition technology for security purposes.

    • Exchanges may be offered only if stock is available and the item is returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition within 14 days of purchase.

  4. Faulty Items

  1. Eligibility: Offer available to patrons aged 18 years and over. Proof of age may be required.

  3. Temperature Reference: The temperature used to determine pricing is based on the official daily maximum temperature recorded in Murdoch.

FOOTY TIPPING 2026 – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bar Apothecary Footy Tipping Competition – Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Provider & Venue

This is an externally operated footy tipping competition run via Itipfooty.com.au (the Competition Provider) and promoted at Bar Apothecary (the Venue).

Bar Apothecary is not the operator of the tipping platform and does not control match fixtures, scoring systems, or technical functionality.

2. Eligibility

Entry is free.

Open to WA residents aged 18 years and over.

Staff of Bar Apothecary may enter unless otherwise advised by management.

Any participant found to be ineligible may be removed from the competition and deemed ineligible for prizes.

3. External Tipping Competition Rules

Tips must be submitted before each game commences.

Once a game has started, tips cannot be changed.

Scoring is based on one (1) point per correct tip.

Non‑Submission of Tips

If tips are not submitted before the cutoff time, all unsubmitted tips will default to the away teams for that round.

Default tips cannot be changed once applied.

It is the participant’s responsibility to submit tips on time.

Bar Apothecary accepts no responsibility for missed tips due to user error, platform outages, or technical issues associated with the external tipping platform.

4. Margin System

The margin system is used to determine weekly winners and overall rankings when participants are tied on points.

Participants are ranked by lowest margin.

The lower the margin, the higher the ranking.

No bonus points are awarded for correctly predicting the margin.

5. How to Enter a Margin

A margin must be entered each round for the designated margin game (usually the first game of the round, subject to change).

Participants must predict how much they believe their selected team will win by.

Margins must be entered as a whole number only (no ranges or decimals).

6. Margin Calculation

Correct tip: Margin equals the absolute difference between the actual winning margin and the tipped margin.

Incorrect tip: Margin equals the actual winning margin plus the tipped margin.

7. Margin Non‑Submission

If a margin is not submitted, a default margin of 0 will apply.

The actual game winning margin will be added to the participant’s margin score for that round.

The competition manager reserves the right to manually adjust margins if required.

8. Tie Breakers

If participants are tied on both score and margin:

Weekly ladder: The participant who submitted tips first for that round will be ranked higher.

Overall ladder: The participant who joined the competition first will be ranked higher.

9. Postponed, Cancelled, or Changed Games (External Competition)

If the designated margin game is postponed, cancelled, or rescheduled at short notice:

A new margin game will be selected.

All tipped margins for that round will be reset to 0 to ensure fairness.

Bar Apothecary is not responsible for fixture changes made by the league or decisions made by the external Competition Provider.

10. Weekly Prizes

Weekly prize

if you finish at the top of the weekly ladder you receive a free selected  schooner.

The prize has to be redeemed the following week, no exceptions

Beat the Boss 

If you beat the boss that round, you receive a free selected schooner. 

Margins do not apply

The prize has to be redeemed the following week, no exceptions

Free schooner prizes are redeemable at Bar Apothecary only and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Any form of cheating, manipulation, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in disqualification without refund.

Bar Apothecary reserves the right to verify entries and eligibility at any time.

13. Liability & Final Decisions (External Competition)

Bar Apothecary is not responsible for:

Technical issues

Missed or incorrect submissions

Fixture changes or match disruptions

All decisions made by the Competition Provider and/or competition manager are final and binding.
